Malaria Ministerial Conference
The Yaoundé conference, co-hosted by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Government of Cameroon, gathered Ministers of Health, global malaria partners, funding agencies, scientists, civil society organizations and other principal malaria stakeholders.
The ministerial conference has four key aims:
Executive Roundtable: Optimizing Malaria Prioritization to Prepare for Innovation
This executive roundtable is convened to discuss the progress on WHO Global Malaria Program´s guiding principles to prioritize malaria interventions in resource constrained settings and accelerate scenario planning for adoption of future innovation to achieve maximum impact. Furthermore, the aim of this discussion is to align on the right mix of tools and interventions required all the country level for effective programming both now and in the future
