As a global partnership, RBM is active in all malaria-endemic countries, through its sub-regional coordinators’ networks and its Partners, notably national malaria control and elimination programmes.

Regional collaboration is key to defeating malaria and is therefore at the heart of the Partnership’s strategy for 2018-2020. In 2017, several sub-regions across the African continent have stepped up their cross-border efforts towards malaria elimination, a move mirrored by the six countries of the Greater Mekong Subregion and seven Central American countries.
