The Advocacy, Resource Mobilization and Communications Partner Committee (ARCPC) serves as a pivotal platform within the RBM Partnership to End Malaria for advancing malaria elimination efforts through strategic advocacy, resource mobilisation, and coordinated communications. The committee works to build momentum for a malaria-free world by ensuring that both political will and financial commitment—domestically and internationally—are firmly rooted in the global fight against malaria.

The committee ensures that activities align with global, regional, and national priorities, as well as the RBM Partnership Strategy, Annual Budget, and Work Plans. Specifically, the ARCPC will:

  • Identify resource gaps in the fight against malaria and drive initiatives to fill them.
  • Coordinate comprehensive advocacy and communications activities, including multi-sectoral outreach.
  • Provide a collaborative platform for partners to pool resources and engage in strategic advocacy and communications efforts to elevate malaria on the global agenda, influencing political leaders and decision-makers.

The ARCPC is composed of members with expertise spanning African endemic country advocacy, global and regional communications, donor engagement, private sector public affairs, and civil society mobilisation, among others. Its collaborative approach enables partners to pool resources and expertise, driving coordinated action toward a malaria-free future.
