With a distinguished career spanning humanitarian and development settings across multiple continents, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in coordinating complex health initiatives across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean.

Throughout her career, Tete has demonstrated remarkable resilience and strategic acumen, particularly in managing health programs during emergencies. His unique understanding of how non-health sectors influence health dynamics has been crucial in developing comprehensive approaches to disease control and outbreak management. He plays a pivotal role in scaling up malaria and communicable disease programs through strategic partnerships and resource mobilization with countries and international organizations, private sector in West Africa.

Dr. Amouh passion for global health, particularly in communicable diseases, drives his commitment to integrating cross-sectoral approaches in West Africa's regional malaria elimination efforts and broader public health initiatives.

A medical graduate, Dr. Amouh also holds a Master's in Public Health from University of North Texas Health Science Center, complemented by a certificate in Project Management, and Climate Change and Health.
