Rayana  is the Country/Regional Support Partners Committee Senior Officer at the RBM Partnership to End Malaria, where she supports in coordinating technical assistance, facilitates grants, and organises large workshops that bring together key malaria experts across the globe. Her role involves implementing policy guidelines, managing stakeholder engagement, and providing operational support for global health initiatives to advance the organization’s mission.

With experience in both the public and private sectors, Rayana has worked on sustainable development projects in The Gambia’s manufacturing industry where she collaborated with governments, NGOs, and local businesses to achieve sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. Rayana also worked with UNICEF in conducting a risk assessment of their country's operational risk, and supported diverse portfolios at UNOPS in Geneva. She holds a strong academic background in International Relations, Finance, Investment and Risk Analysis.

Rayana is passionate about humanitarian aid and eradicating malaria and finds her role at the RBM partnership fulfilling as it allows her to make a positive impact on global health.
