Philippe is the Coordinator for the Sub-regional Network for West and Central Africa at RBM Partnership to End Malaria , bringing over 15 years of project management expertise to the role. He has a proven track record of collaborating with multiple organizations, including Medicines for Malaria Venture, where he played a key role in supporting the adoption, drug quantification, and scaling up of Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention across eligible countries. Additionally, Philippe served as a Reporting Officer with UNICEF's West and Central Africa Regional Office, where he documented the processes and outcomes of technical assistance for malaria and other public health interventions.

Philippe holds a Master's degree from Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, as well as a Project Management Certificate from the Illinois State University Management Development Program. He is dedicated to achieving excellence and is committed to continuous professional development, actively participating in workshops, seminars, and various learning opportunities to remain at the forefront of public health advancements.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Philippe is a devoted family man. He is happily married and a proud father of three children, who inspire him to work toward a healthier world for future generations.
