WARN Core group meeting

The WARN Core group meeting was held at Marina Hotel, Cotonou, BENIN on 28-29 November 2003. The objectives of the meeting were to assess progress made in the implementation of the WARN Plan of Action (POA) and to prepare a POA for 2004.
