The 24th SME WG Annual Meeting that was held from 19 to 21 February 2015, Maputo, Mozambique, brought together 35 in-person SME WG participants from 10 countries. 

Meeting Objectives

• 1. Discuss surveillance for elimination efforts in southern Africa
• 2. Discuss emerging needs in data collection
• 3. Review efforts to harmonize and strengthen malaria measurement at the facility level
• 4. Discuss RBM and MERG business issues
• 5. Provide input into the M&E Plan for GMAP2
