Save the Children joins the global community in recognizing World Malaria Day - a disease that threatens both pregnant mothers and newborns. World Malaria Day aims to bring global attention to the efforts being made to bring an end to malaria, keep malaria high on the political agenda, mobilize additional resources, and empower communities for malaria prevention and control.
