The Fourth WARN meeting took place in Accra, GHANA and was sttended by 32 participants from RBM Secretariat, WAHO, UNICEF, WHO, MAC, Malaria Consortium, RAOPAG, RAOTAP I and RAOTAP II, AWARE, USAID, and the following NGOs: PLAN, PCI, Netmark and the CORE group.
