The Fonjo Foundation will be delivering a range of activities in Uganda this World Malaria Day including:
- Distributing literature on malaria prevention in the community
- Community awareness activities on malaria and sanitation, including good medical practices
- Launching initiatives to reach local leaders on the issue of malaria
- Distributing audio and video recordings to support the correct use of malaria treatments and mosquito nets, as well as how communities can take care of their homes to prevent the emergence of malaria breeding grounds.
- A community workshop on malaria control.
